The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building, located at 111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon. The surrounding street environment was normal, with an average commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information of the broker was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security guard. After brief communication, they obtained permission to enter. Inside the building, no directory board for this company was found.
