Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Istanbul as planned to inspect the forex broker ALAN YATIRIM, whose publicly listed office address is Gülbahar Mahallesi, Altan Erbulak Sokak Maya İş Merkezi No: 14/A Gayrettepe / İSTANBUL.

Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the business for investors, the professional inspection team, after preliminary route planning and address confirmation, conducted on-site work based on the publicly listed address.

The inspection team arrived at the target commercial center smoothly and accurately. The company campus and street environment in the area were generally average. The inspection team photographed the entire building from the exterior and then successfully entered the company lobby after completing the registration process. Basic signage was available, consistent with the designation of a small or medium-sized commercial center.

Upon entering the lobby, the surveyors immediately checked the floor and room signage. They did not find the full name of ALAN YATIRIM on the signage. They only found one other company with a similar name, but the details differed, making it impossible to confirm a connection. They also conducted a thorough inspection of the lobby and exterior of the business center, but found no trace of ALAN YATIRIM's logo. To further verify, the surveyors contacted the business center's management, who confirmed that no records of ALAN YATIRIM's presence had been found, directly denying the presence of the business at that address.

Without clear occupancy information, the surveyors were unable to obtain permission to access the specific floor and confirm actual usage. They also had no possibility of entering the company and photographing the reception desk or logo associated with ALAN YATIRIM. Furthermore, feedback from management confirmed that all office space within the business center is dedicated, not shared, eliminating the possibility of name confusion due to shared offices.

Further inspections of the Maya Business Center and along Altan Erbulak Street revealed no office or promotional signs related to ALAN YATIRIM, ultimately failing to confirm the existence of the trader at the listed address.

Therefore, the on-site inspection confirmed that the trader ALAN YATIRIM does not exist at the publicly listed address.

The surveyors visited the ALAN YATIRIM as planned. The available information is insufficient to confirm the company's actual business location, and its operations remain questionable. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
