The surveyor found the modern office building indicated by the regulation address without much trouble.

Then the surveyor couldn’t wait but enter the office building and knew from the floor guide in the lobby on the ground floor that EncoreFX had an office on the 17th floor indeed.

The surveyor arrived on the 17th floor by elevator and found the entire floor belonged to the broker after walking around the corridor. The surveyor took a photo of the working area and continued to look around the broker’s office.

The surveyor went to the reception area and saw the broker’s logo in employees’ dining area easily through the hollow wall. The design was so exquisite that left the surveyor a deep impression. Thus the surveyor took a photo of employees’ break area and returned home with satisfication.

Conclusion

The authenticity of the Australia licensed broker EncoreFX was confirmed after the surveyor’s inspection.The broker’s full license (RN: 479870) issued by ASIC is withdrawn and its STP license (RN: 461386) issued by FMA is temporarily suspended, investors are advised to resort to their own discretion with regard to investment.
