The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the Cheung Kong Center, located at 2 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. The Cheung Kong Center is a property under the Li Ka-shing empire, Hong Kong's wealthiest individual. No XHK company logo or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor enters the building lobby and explains their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, they obtain permission to enter.

However, the building has strict security measures, requiring an access card to enter the upper floors, and it is not open to the public. The inspection personnel were unable to reach the target floor (20th floor), and thus could not confirm whether there were clear signs or security measures in XHK's office area. Due to the inability to verify on-site, the inspectors could not enter the interior, take photos of the reception area or its logo, and the office is not a shared workspace.

Upon inquiry with the front desk, they stated that there is no company named XHK. Due to the inability to verify upstairs, doubts remain regarding its authenticity. Therefore, after an on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the broker XHK does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion
