Reasons for Field Survey

To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Bangkok, Thailand.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Bangkok as planned to verify the address of the forex broker KTBST, listed at 87/2 CRC Tower, All Seasons Place, 9th, 18th, 39th, and 52nd Floors, Wireless Road, Lumpini, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand.

Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the address for investors, the professional inspection team, after prioritizing address analysis and route planning across multiple floors, accurately located CRC Tower within All Seasons Place and conducted comprehensive on-site inspections based on the publicly available address.

The inspection team successfully arrived at the target building and captured unobstructed panoramic views from the exterior. CRC Tower, a key component of All Seasons Place, is a renowned premium office building in Bangkok. Surrounded by high-end shopping malls, international hotels, and financial institution headquarters, the thriving corporate campus and streetscape create a vibrant, high-end business atmosphere, fully aligning with its high-end business positioning.

The inspection team then easily entered the luxuriously decorated lobby. Upon entering, they immediately checked the floor signage, clearly identifying KTBST's name. The office floors marked (9th, 18th, 39th, and 52nd) were identical to the publicly available information.

Thanks to effective communication, the inspection team successfully obtained permission to proceed to the floors above. Not only did they reach the specific floors (9th and 18th), they also accurately confirmed KTBST's office locations on each floor and successfully entered the company. Upon entering, they were immediately in sight of the company's front desk, and the inspection team successfully photographed the reception desk and its logo. During the inspection, the inspection team noticed a name change and confirmed with the front desk and on-site staff that the current office area remained under KTBST's control and was operating without any issues, eliminating any concerns about the name change. They also confirmed that all office areas were exclusively owned by KTBST and not shared offices, ruling out the possibility of shared offices.

Thus, the inspection confirmed the existence of the trading company KTBST at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited KTBST as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
