The inspection personnel successfully arrived at Kin Yip Glory Base Centre, located on Hollywood Road in Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding environment is average, with a mediocre commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The surveyor entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security personnel. After communication, they obtained permission to enter. Information about the company was found on the building's directory board.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the 18th floor, the field investigator found that the office area of BTIG had clear signage. Due to reasons such as lack of prior appointment, the investigator was unable to enter the interior. However, they were able to photograph the reception desk and its logo. This office is not a shared workspace.

Through the glass door, although the inspectors could not observe the internal office environment of the company, the overall setting preliminarily assessed from the exterior aligns with its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer BTIG exists at the above address.
