Process

In this issue, the on-site inspection team went to Hong Kong, China as planned to conduct a field visit to the forex broker HWMKT. According to publicly available information, its office address is RM4, 16/F, HO KING COMM CTR, 2 - 16 FAYUEN ST, MONGKOK, KL, HK.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, traveled to Hong Kong, China according to a well-planned schedule to conduct a physical verification of the broker HWMKT claiming to be located at RM4, 16/F, HO KING COMM CTR,2 - 16 FAYUEN ST, MONGKOK,KL,HK.

The inspectors successfully arrived at the target building. The location is in the bustling Mong Kok area, with lively surrounding streets and a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company logo or any information related to HWMKT was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security personnel. After brief communication, they obtained permission to enter the building.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 16th floor, the inspectors searched carefully but did not find any clear signage for the HWMKT office area, nor were there any related security measures. As there was no information about the company within the building, the inspectors were unable to enter the so-called company interior. Furthermore, they could not photograph a reception desk, and it was not a co-working space.

The inspectors observed the surroundings of the floor. Through the public areas, no signs related to HWMKT were found. The overall situation did not match the broker's claims.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker HWMKT does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker HWMKT at its publicly displayed business address in Hong Kong, China as planned. The team was unable to see any information such as the broker's company name at the address, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine physical business location. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
