The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Yuanta Futures in Hong Kong, China as planned. According to public information, its office address is Room 1208, 12/F, Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to strictly vet for investors, proceeded according to a well-planned schedule to Hong Kong, China, to conduct a physical verification of the broker Yuanta Futures claiming to be located at Room 1208, 12/F, Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

The inspectors successfully arrived at Wing On Centre, located at 111 Connaught Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no signage or relevant information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspectors entered the building lobby, stated their purpose to the security personnel, and after communication, obtained permission to enter.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 12th floor, the inspectors found no information about this company on the directory board, and there was no prominent signage for Yuanta Futures in the office area. As inquiries at the reception desk revealed there was no such company, the inspectors were unable to enter the interior, could not photograph the reception desk of Yuanta Futures, and the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the glass door, as entry was not possible, the inspectors could not observe the internal environment of the company and other related conditions. Overall, no information about this broker was found upon entering the building, leading to the judgment that the broker is fraudulent.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that broker Yuanta Futures does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

At its publicly displayed business address, the team was unable to see information such as the broker's company name, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises.
