Field Survey Process

This period's field survey team adhered to the plan and went to Hong Kong to conduct an on-site visit to the broker BESTLEADER. The public information shows its office address is at 46th Floor, Lee Garden One, 33 Hysan Avenue, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, with a responsible attitude towards investors, conducted a field verification of BESTLEADER based on the above address information.

The surveyors went to the Causeway Bay area in Hong Kong and arrived at Lee Garden One. The building is located in the core area of Causeway Bay, with a good company park and street environment, a strong surrounding business atmosphere, a gathering of various high-end businesses and financial institutions, and well-rounded facilities. Outside the building, surveyors were able to clearly capture the building's panorama, but they didnt find any identification of BESTLEADER.

The surveyors successfully entered the lobby of the building which was high-end and atmospheric, meeting the characteristics of a Grade A office building. Upon checking the directory board in the lobby, the company name of BESTLEADER was missing, making it impossible to find direction to the company.

The surveyors went to the 46th floor and arrived at the floor. However, upon their arrival, they found that the exit of the lift led directly to the office area, with no door, no reception, and no BESTLEADER logo. Therefore, the surveyors were unable to confirm if the area was the office of the broker. Naturally, they could not enter the company interior, and couldn't take any pictures of the reception and its LOGO. It was confirmed that the location was not a shared office, and it could not be verified that the company was actually operating here.

Therefore, after the field survey, the existence status of the broker BESTLEADER was uncertain.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors conducted an on-site visit to BESTLEADER as planned, but found no clear company logo, reception desk or other key information that could prove its existence at the address it claimed, which made it impossible to determine whether the trader was actually doing business there, and the status of the business was questionable. Investors are advised to consider carefully and make decisions after fully understanding the relevant information to avoid unnecessary losses.
