Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team visited Peak Markets as planned. Its publicly listed office address is Maslak Mahallesi, Sümer Sokak, Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi, No:3/14, Şişli, 34398 Sarıyer/İstanbul (Ayazağa Trade Center, 3/14, Maslak Street, Şişli, 34398 Sarıyer, Istanbul, Turkey).

The field survey team traveled to the aforementioned address and successfully arrived at Ayazağa Ticaret Merkezi (Ayazağa Trade Center), capturing panoramic photos of the building. However, upon on-site observation, no signage related to Peak Markets' corporate campus was found at the address. As there was no corresponding office space, the “”corporate campus and street environment“” section was deemed “”non-existent.“”

The surveyors successfully entered the building lobby and found a sign. They then checked each sign and found no information related to Peak Markets. Further inquiries were made to the lobby receptionist, who explicitly stated, “”No information regarding Peak Markets' presence has been found.“”

Although they were able to enter the lobby, the lack of specific floor directions and staff assistance prevented them from reaching the claimed office location or photographing the reception desk with the company logo. The “”No Entry“” label for the “”Company Internal Office Environment“” was actually due to the lack of a physical office space, making it impossible to verify the shared office's attributes, number of rooms, or number of workstations.

Thus, the survey confirmed that Peak Markets does not exist at the stated address and that the address information on the survey form is inconsistent.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Peak Markets as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
