Process

As scheduled, the on-site inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker VIET CAPITAL in Vietnam. According to public information, their office address is 9 Nguyen Ngoc Doan, Dong Da District, Hanoi.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Vietnam. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the broker VIET CAPITAL.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the trader claimed to be located at 9 Nguyen Ngoc Doan, Dong Da District, HanoiVIET CAPITAL.

The on-site inspector successfully arrived at the target address, only to find that the location was actually a coffee shop, with no surrounding environment suggesting a business atmosphere related to foreign exchange traders. On the exterior of the address, no company logo or relevant information of VIET CAPITAL was found.

Since the target location is a coffee shop and not the office premises of the trader, the on-site investigator cannot enter the so-called company lobby, and there are no procedures such as stating their purpose to the security or staff, registering, communicating, or obtaining entry permission.

Since the address is not the dealer's office location, there is no target floor, making it impossible to discover the office area signage or security measures of VIET CAPITAL, let alone enter the interior. It is also not possible to photograph the reception desk and its logo, and the address is not a shared office space.

Through the scene of the coffee shop, the on-site inspectors naturally cannot observe the internal environment of the trading company and other related situations.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it is confirmed that the dealer VIET CAPITAL does not exist at the aforementioned address.

Conclusion

The on-site inspector visited the foreign exchange broker in Vietnam as plannedVIET CAPITAL. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business location. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
