Element Japan Verified: No Physical Presence Found

Minato, Tokyo, Japan
Element Japan Verified: No Physical Presence Found

Purpose
The Japanese forex market is an international forex market that developed after World War II, characterized by large trading volume and flexible trading hours. To help investors or practitioners gain a more comprehensive understanding of forex brokers in this region, the on-site inspection team went to Japan for a field visit.
Process
The on-site inspection team visited the forex broker Element in Japan as planned. According to public information, its office address is 4th Floor, Akasaka Hillside Building, 2-18-1 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
A professional and experienced on-site verification team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously vet for investors, followed a meticulous plan and traveled to the target area in Japan to conduct a physical verification of the broker Element, which claims to be located at this address.
The verification personnel arrived at the target building. It is a small bungalow at a side street in central Tokyo. The building is only three or four stories tall, with a relatively ordinary surrounding environment and average commercial atmosphere. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.
The verification personnel attempted to enter the building lobby but were unable to obtain permission to enter. Consequently, they could not reach the target floor, were unable to confirm the situation of the office area, could not determine if it was a shared office space, and were also unable to photograph the reception area of Element.
Through the building's glass doors, it was also impossible to observe the company's internal environment and other conditions.
Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker Element does not exist at the aforementioned address.
Conclusion
The on-site investigator went to Japan as planned to conduct a physical inspection of the forex broker Element. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the broker's company name could be seen, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choice after comprehensive consideration.
