The on-site inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker 3way-finance in Egypt as planned. According to public information, its office address is "49 Nobar St Bab El louk - Down Town - Makka Tower - 8th Floor".

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Egypt to conduct an on-site verification of the trader claiming to be located at "49 Nobar St Bab El louk - Down Town - Makka Tower - 8th Floor"3way-finance.

The field investigator successfully arrived at the target location, but upon arrival, only a bungalow was seen, with no buildings related to Makke Tower in the vicinity, nor any information about the broker. The surrounding environment of the location was vastly different from the office environment claimed by the broker, lacking any commercial atmosphere related to forex trading. A thorough search in the surrounding area revealed no company signage or relevant information.

The on-site investigator entered the surrounding potentially relevant buildings and, after explaining their purpose to the security personnel, successfully accessed the lobby of the building. However, inside the building, they did not find any signage for the trader in question, nor did they see any identifiers related to 3way-finance.

The field investigator arrived at the supposed 8th floor according to the address information, but no clear signage for 3way-finance's office area was found on that floor. Upon inquiring with the security guard, they were also informed that no such company existed. Since there was no actual trace of the company from the beginning, it was impossible to enter the so-called company premises, nor could they take photos of the reception area and its logo. Additionally, the floor was not a shared office space.

Through the common areas on the floor, it is impossible to observe the internal environment of the company due to the lack of corresponding office spaces. The overall situation completely contradicts its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after on-site verification, it was confirmed that the broker 3way-finance does not exist at the above address.

Conclusion

The on-site investigator visited the forex broker 3way-finance in Egypt as planned. At the publicly displayed business address, no information such as the company name of the broker was found, indicating that the broker does not have a genuine business premises. Investors are advised to make their choices after comprehensive consideration.
