Reasons for Field Survey

Hong Kong, being an international financial center, is home to one of the most significant forex markets globally. Characterized by high internationalization, active trading, and strict regulation, it holds a pivotal position in global forex trading. To assist investors in gaining a comprehensive and precise understanding of forex brokers in this region, the surveyors conducted field surveys in Hong Kong.

Field Survey Process

The field survey team followed the plan to visit broker BOA in Hong Kong. According to public information, their office address is Room 1703, 17th Floor, Sino Plaza, 255-257 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.

The professional survey team, responsible to the investors, exercised due diligence and carried out a field survey of BOA at the given address.

The surveyors arrived at Sino Plaza in Causeway Bay area of Hong Kong. The plaza's corporate campus and street environment are good, surrounded by a strong commercial atmosphere, offering convenient transport and well-equipped facilities. From the outside, the surveyors could clearly photograph the entire building, but no signage or indication of BOA was found.

The surveyors entered the lobby of the building smoothly, which was clean, upscale, and characteristic of high-end commercial buildings. However, when checking the lobby directory, the company name BOA was not found, making it impossible to find directional guidance to the company location.

The surveyors went to the 17th floor and upon checking Room 1703, found that the actual occupant is an Internet-based company, not BOA. There was also no logo of BOA within the building. Consequently, the surveyors could not enter the company and naturally couldn't photograph the reception and its logo. After confirmation, this location is not a shared office, which further attests that BOA does not engage in business at this location.

Therefore, after the survey, it is confirmed that broker BOA doesn't have a physical business presence.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker BOA as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
