Field Survey Process

This issue's field inspection team traveled to Tokyo as planned to conduct an on-site inspection of Virtus Investment Partners, a brokerage firm. Publicly available information lists its office address as Nishi-Shimbashi 1-3-1, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

With a sense of responsibility to rigorously verify the integrity of investors, the professional and experienced field inspection team traveled to Tokyo according to a carefully planned plan. Based on the aforementioned address, they conducted an on-site inspection of Virtus Investment Partners.

Based on the address information, the field inspection team traveled to the Nishi-Shimbashi area of Minato-ku, Tokyo, and conducted an on-site inspection of Virtus Investment Partners, a brokerage firm that claimed to be located at Nishi-Shimbashi 1-3-1, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

The field inspection team successfully arrived at Nishi-Shimbashi, where the company campus and surrounding streets were located, and the environment was good. From the exterior of the building, the field inspection team successfully captured a panoramic view of the building, but did not find any signage related to Virtus Investment Partners.

The inspection team was unable to enter the building lobby, but they were able to photograph a sign that did not display the Virtus Investment Partners company name. Furthermore, no Virtus Investment Partners logo was found inside or outside the building.

Because they were unable to enter the building, the inspection team could neither reach the specific floor nor confirm the broker's location, nor, naturally, enter the alleged Virtus Investment Partners office. The inspection team contacted the front desk and learned that while the address was correct, the company was not located there. The building's overall appearance indicated that the address was not a shared office, and no photo of the reception desk bearing the Virtus Investment Partners logo could be seen from the exterior or any other observable angle.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the Virtus Investment Partners brokerage did not exist at the aforementioned address.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker Virtus Investment Partners as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
