Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of information for investors, the professional inspection team, after preliminary route planning and address confirmation, headed to Mercury Tower in the Lumpini area of Bangkok's Pathumwan District to conduct on-site work based on the publicly listed address.

The inspection team successfully arrived at the target address, Mercury Tower. Located in the heart of Bangkok, the building is surrounded by a vibrant commercial area with a dense concentration of high-end office buildings, shopping malls, and financial institutions. The company campus and streetscape are bustling and brimming with business atmosphere. The inspection team successfully captured a full panoramic view of the building from the exterior. The building's modern and elegant exterior aligns with its positioning as a high-end business building in the city center.

The inspection team then proceeded to the first floor of the building, where they observed strict security measures. After communicating with security personnel, they were able to enter the company lobby without any problems. Upon entering the lobby, the inspection team immediately checked the floor signage. They clearly found the name of I V Global, and the office floor indicated as 18th floor was consistent with public information, confirming that the company had offices there.

When they subsequently attempted to confirm the specific office location on the 18th floor, security personnel explicitly stated that they could not provide access due to a lack of prior appointment. By examining the building's occupancy model and lobby signage, they determined that the building did not have a shared office area, ruling out the possibility that I V Global operated as a shared office.

Thus, the inspection confirmed that the broker I V Global actually existed at the aforementioned address.
