Reasons for Field Survey

Leveraging regional financial development, the Belarusian foreign exchange market has gradually established an operating system encompassing diverse institutions, making it a key venue for local investors to participate in foreign exchange transactions. To help investors gain a direct understanding of the true operational status of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, a field research team conducted a field visit to Belarus.

Field Survey Process

This time, the on-site inspection team traveled to Belarus to conduct an on-site inspection of the forex broker TradeClan. Publicly available information lists its office address as Prospekt Dzerzhinskogo 104a, Minsk, Belarus.

Upholding the responsibility of rigorously verifying the identity of investors, the professional field research team conducted an on-site visit to TradeClan, based on the previously disclosed address, to verify the broker's actual business location.

The field research team traveled to Minsk, Belarus, and conducted an on-site verification of TradeClan's stated location at Prospekt Dzerzhinskogo 104a, Minsk, Belarus. Upon arrival, the field research team discovered no TradeClan-affiliated campus or dedicated office space in the area, nor were any signs related to the company visible on the street. They were only able to capture panoramic photos of the building.

The field research team then entered the building lobby and carefully examined all company signs, but found no mention of TradeClan. When inquiring with lobby staff about the company's presence, they were told there were no records of its presence. Unable to confirm TradeClan's specific floor and office location, the surveyors were unable to proceed to the target floor and, consequently, enter the so-called company interior.

There is no TradeClan logo either inside or outside the building. Unable to locate the company's location, the surveyors were unable to determine whether it was a shared office, nor were they able to photograph any reception desk or logo bearing the company's logo. Furthermore, without the company's actual office space, the internal office environment, number of rooms, and number of workstations could not be determined.

Based on the on-site inspection, the surveyors, despite a thorough search, could find no trace of TradeClan's presence.

Therefore, the survey confirmed that TradeClan did not exist at the aforementioned address and concluded that the brokerage was a fictitious entity with no real office or business location.

Field Survey Summary

The surveyors visited the Forex broker TradeClan as planned. They could not find the broker's company name and other information at its publicly displayed business place, indicating that the broker does not have a real business location. Investors are advised to consider this information comprehensively before making decisions.
