The field survey team went to Hong Kong to visit Golday Precious Metal Ltd (HK) in accordance with the work plan. 

Office

According to the regulatory information, Golday Precious Metal Ltd (HK) was located at Room1605-1606, 16F, Tower 6, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. The surveyors visited the broker.

In HK, Harbour City was a famous quite large shopping centre in which existed shopping centres and working areas. The surveyors found Tower 6, Harbour City, walked into the building and found a quite clear signage of building name on a marble pillar at 1F. 

The surveyors were informed from the floor directory that the broker had offices at Room1605-1606. Its office is beside GMO’s.

The surveyors arrived at 16F by the elevator arriving at 16-23F only, found a company directory in the aisle at 16F and walked to the door if Room 1605-06 as was guided by the arrow in the directory. 

The surveyors found the broker’s name in Chinese and English on the signage beside the door of its office. 

The surveyors then entered the broker’s office and saw at first the golden logo in the black marble wall. 

The surveyors noticed that several well-positioned green plants at the reception area, a mascot pendant hanging on the right side on the black marble wall made the entire reception area quite beautiful. Since the two receptionists were having a meeting, another employee took the surveyors to look around the office. As was disclosed by the employee, there were about 30 employees in the office.

Conclusion

The visit by surveyors confirmed the authenticity of the broker’s regulatory address. The broker had a futures exchange license issued by SFC.Investors are suggested to make decisions at their own discretion.
