Reasons for Field Survey

Turkey's foreign exchange market is highly active, with no foreign exchange controls. Residents can freely hold foreign currency and remit funds in and out without restrictions. In recent years, investor interest in Turkish forex trading has grown, attracting numerous international financial institutions. To help investors accurately understand the actual performance of brokers in the region and mitigate the risks associated with information bias, the field research team conducted a field visit to Turkey.

Field Survey Process

This time, the inspection team traveled to Istanbul as planned to verify the public office address of the forex broker INVESTAZ. The address is listed as Büyükdere Caddesi, Özsezen İş Merkezi, C Blok No: 126 Esentepe, Şişli.

Upholding a sense of responsibility to verify the authenticity of the address for investors, the professional inspection team, after preliminary route planning and address confirmation, conducted on-site work based on the publicly available address.

The inspection team successfully and accurately arrived at the target building. The area is located in Istanbul's bustling commercial district, with a bustling corporate campus and streetscape, creating a vibrant business atmosphere. The inspection team captured a panoramic view of the building's exterior and noted a clear company signage clearly displaying the INVESTAZ name. The company's distinctive logo can also be seen on the building's facade. This striking logo directly confirms the building's exclusive connection to the broker, as the entire building is dedicated to this company. It is preliminarily determined that the building is the exclusive office space of INVESTAZ.

Subsequently, the surveyors attempted to enter the company lobby for further verification, but were unable to do so due to building regulations or office area restrictions. Despite being unable to enter the lobby, external observation and campus signage confirmed the presence of the INVESTAZ logo at the building entrance and in common areas, further confirming the company's existence.

Communications with surrounding businesses and property management personnel confirmed that the building was exclusively used by INVESTAZ and not a shared office, ruling out the possibility of shared office space. Furthermore, multiple sources consistently stated that the building belonged to INVESTAZ, further verifying the authenticity and exclusive nature of the office space.

Thus, the survey confirmed the presence of the INVESTAZ trading company at the aforementioned address.

The surveyors visited INVESTAZ as planned and observed the broker's company name and logo displayed prominently at the publicly shown business address, indicating the physical presence of the broker's business. Investors are advised to take all factors into consideration before making a decision.
