Process

The on-site inspection team visited the foreign exchange broker Gia Cat Loi in Vietnam as planned. According to public information, its office address is '5th Floor - T2 Tower - Time Tower, No. 35 Le Van Luong, Nham Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District'.

A professional and experienced on-site inspection team, driven by a sense of mission to rigorously safeguard investors' interests, meticulously planned and traveled to Vietnam. Based on the aforementioned information, they conducted an on-site visit to the broker Gia Cat Loi.

The field investigator proceeded to the target area based on the address information to conduct an on-site verification of the trader claimed to be located at '5th Floor - T2 Tower - Time Tower, No. 35 Le Van Luong, Nham Chinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District' Gia Cat Loi.

The on-site inspector successfully arrived at the target building. Due to the absence of the company, there was not much to perceive about the surrounding environment. No company signage or related information was found on the exterior of the building.

The on-site inspector entered the building lobby and explained the purpose of the visit to the security personnel. After communication, permission to enter was granted.

Upon arriving at the target floor, the field investigator found that the office area of Gia Cat Loi had no obvious signage, and no security measures were observed. Since the company could not be located on the floor, and inquiries with people on the floor revealed that they were unaware of the company's information, the field investigator was unable to enter the premises, could not photograph the reception area or the reception logo, and it was noted that the office was not a shared workspace.

Through the common areas of the floor, as it was not possible to enter the company premises, the internal environment of the company and other related conditions could not be observed.

Therefore, after the on-site inspection, it was confirmed that the dealer Gia Cat Loi does not exist at the aforementioned address.
