Founded in June, 2013, Huajin Financial (International) Holding Co., LTD. (“Huajin International”) is the subsidiary of Zhuhai Huafa Group Co., Ltd. The Group has developed into an innovation-driven comprehensive enterprise group with four core businesses -- urban operation, real estate development, financial industry and industrial investment and two supporting businesses -- trade service and modern services. 

Huajin International provides a variety of financial services including financial advisory services, securities underwriting and consulting, securities and futures brokerage, equity research and loan business. 

Office

According to regulatory information, Huajin International’s office in Hong Kong is located at Room 1101, 11/f, Champion Tower, 3 Garden Road, Central, Hong Kong.The inspection team paid a field visit to this site. 

The survey staff came to Garden Road, Central, a busy commercial main street surrounded by clusters of high-rises. In this busy office district the surveyors easily found their target -- the Champion Tower. The imposing building is conveniently located near the Central tube station. 

The building is almost attached to ICBC’s office building.

The surveyors then came to the main entrance of the Champion Tower and found a Chinese national flag and a flag of the Hong Kong special administrative region. Against these two flags, the whole building looked very solemn.

The surveyors found the name of Huajin International on a directory sign outside the building.

The surveyors then entered the building and found that only one of the elevators reached the 11th floor. Security guards at the stairs were keeping an eye out for people coming and going. The heavy security presence and the fact that WikiFX did not make an appointment ahead of time deterred them from going upstairs for more detailed investigation. 

Conclusion

A field investigation confirmed that Huajin International’s office in Hong Kong was consisitent with its regulatory address.Investors are advised to resort to their good judgement after consulting the said above.
