Office Building

According to the regulation information, the Australia licensed broker TREND FINANCIAL was located at Tower 1' Level 10, 495 Victoria Avenue, CHATSWOOD NSW 2067. The surveyor visited the broker.

Guided by the regulation information, the surveyor found the new office building wihout much trouble. The surveyor entered the building from the rotating door.

The surveyor read the floor guide in the lobby on the first floor and found TREND FINANCIAL did have an office on the floor as indicated by the regulation information.

Then the surveyor took the elevator to the floor as indicated by the regulation information. Once getting out of the elevator, the surveyor found the target broker’s name on the company directory.

Since the logo on the glass door was conspicuous, the surveyor found TREND FINANCIAL’s office quickly. 

Conclusion

It is confirmed after the surveyor’s field survey that the real address of TREND FINANCIAL’s office in Australia was inconsistent with the regulation address. As indicated by its general finance license ( Regulatory No: 255475) issued by ASIC, the broker operated beyond its licensed business scope.
