On the RKX platform, two accounts using the same strategy performed fine without liquidation. However, all 15 accounts on Maihui were liquidated, resulting in a significant direct loss of $15,000. The platform is passing the buck and refusing to acknowledge the issue. I submitted the logs from that day to their control department, but they haven't provided any explanation. I request compensation from Maihui for the $15,000 loss.
