All my transactions were compliant and conducted normally. In February 2026, the platform unilaterally sent an email accusing me of illegal arbitrage. Without any evidence of wrongdoing, they forcibly deducted all my trading profits, promising only to refund my principal of USD 20,000 and refusing to provide a full withdrawal. I have appealed and communicated with them multiple times via email, but the platform has consistently failed to provide any evidence of wrongdoing. They have only forced me to sign an unequal termination agreement, maliciously withholding investor profits and refusing to fulfill their obligation to provide a full withdrawal.
