Platform's action: On April 10, 2026, the platform issued a formal notice, determining that there was abnormal trading behavior of "high-leverage weekend gap arbitrage," deducting all profits of $7409.22, suspending withdrawals, closing trading privileges, and terminating cooperation. My stance and email correspondence (all screenshots available): • I have clearly stated in three consecutive written emails that I accept the deduction of the $2431.22 weekend gap, but firmly refuse to accept the deduction of subsequent profits generated from normal trading after Monday's opening. • The platform's reply (Ng Edison / Kimberly) splits the profits into three parts: • $32.1 before the weekend gap is normal profit (not deducted). • The $2431.22 weekend gap is disputed profit (to be deducted). • Monday's normal trading profits are forcibly deducted on the grounds that "margin and risk tolerance mainly come from the floating profits of the weekend gap, which essentially rely on disputed profits and are the result of extended trading within the same funding chain." • The platform's latest notice requires me to sign a "Violation Agreement" within 7 days and provide complete KYC information (personal identification, proof of address for the last 3 months, photo of me holding my ID card, etc.), otherwise the withdrawal will not be processed.
