Black platform, I just deposited 200. Haven't traded at all. Now I want to withdraw, but the platform won't allow it. They say it's under manual review. I haven't even made any trades. What is there to review manually? This platform has tyrannical terms. Only deposits are allowed, withdrawals are not. Customer service keeps pushing back, saying I need to find some related email to communicate with them. I don't even know what department it is, how am I supposed to communicate? It's already been delayed for a week.
