In November, I deposited $10,200 into the ACM platform, but the account was actually opened under Far East Precious Metals. I have records of the deposit as proof, along with the MT4 account details. I have now been notified that my account is being closed and that withdrawals are not permitted—and even if they were, I would not be allowed to withdraw the full amount at once. I have attached screenshots below, including proof of the USDT purchased on OKX. Previously, I was told that the funds would be returned by February 15 and was asked to remove my mediation case here. I complied and deleted the mediation request, but so far, I have not received any refund. I still have numerous screenshots as evidence. I kindly request WikiFX’s assistance in mediating this issue. My demand is simple: a full, one-time withdrawal of the entire amount. Thank you very much for your help.
