When I think about last week's trading, I feel very angry. I perfectly timed the EUR/USD trade and set a clear stop-loss point. But when the market became volatile, the platform experienced severe slippage. My stop-loss should have been at 1.0900, but it dropped to 1.0850 before execution, causing me to lose 50 pips. I contacted customer service, and they said it was 'normal market volatility.' However, when I checked data from other platforms during the same period, I didn't see such extreme slippage. Clearly, it was a system issue, and they refused to acknowledge it. Be careful!
