My account was frozen on June 19, with $6830 inaccessible, unable to log in, and unable to withdraw funds. The platform's reason for this is illegal trading, but there is no clear explanation of how it was illegal. I believe that since I had a lot of profits, I was prevented from withdrawing, and whether it was illegal is just a one-sided statement from the platform. The platform later mentioned external hedge trading, which I do not understand, and the platform did not provide a specific explanation and evidence, and arbitrarily froze investor accounts and seized funds. Currently, the account has been deducted 2000 USD in profit by the platform, leaving only 4800 USD in deposits. I am very disappointed in the platform, and my request is 1, close the account; 2, return all funds in the account! The total funds before the malicious deduction of profits was 6830 USD (see figure); I have reported a scam to the police, and the police asked me to first attempt to withdraw funds through communication. If I am still unable to withdraw funds subsequently, the police will intervene. I will also go to Australia to report the crime and ask for help to uphold the rights and interests of investors.
