Because I deposited a total of 10 dollars to receive the new member welcome promotion of 30 credit USD, the broker informed that the bonus had no restrictions and could be used in the portfolio. However, after depositing the money, I had to wait up to one day to receive the free credit. Meanwhile, the broker informed that I could trade with the deposited money. During this time, I tried to trade and lost everything. On the following day, I received the free credit of 30 more per the broker's information. I commenced trading and lost 24 dollars, leaving 6, which I traded up to 13 dollars. But then!! When I was about to recover some credit from trading, all credit was deducted by the broker!!! So, I questioned the broker and was informed that the account had been stop-out and all the credit had been deducted. This seemed absurd because the credit was on the rise. I had a confrontation with the broker who further informed that the account settings implied a stop-out in case of a loss exceeding 40% which is 18 dollars for 30 dollars. But why state 30 dollars when only 18 is available. Also, there was no notification about this 40% limit. The broker showed no interest in this matter and held no responsibility.
