If I were using plugins or third-party apps, the platform should be able to detect and ban them automatically, rather than waiting for several hours after the 8-hour period to ban me. The platform's email response was also weakly worded, seemingly conforming to this uncertain viewpoint, without specifying which trade violated the rules. Please provide a detailed and accurate explanation of my issue, instead of using vague statements to pressure me into giving up my rightful profits.
