Recently, a detrimental incident occurred to an Indonesian trader while trading with the broker IronFX. This case has caught the attention of the trading community due to indications of non-transparent and detrimental practices towards the trader. On December 12, 2024, a trader opened an account with IronFX by making a deposit of 1,000 USD and received a 40% bonus. The trader then conducted trading using a full lot size of 0.7 lots and successfully gained a profit of nearly 200%, and subsequently requested a withdrawal of 1,900 USD. The previously received bonus was automatically canceled in accordance with the broker's policy. However, suspicious activity occurred on December 13, 2024. In the afternoon, the remaining balance of the trader, amounting to 1,000 USD, suddenly disappeared. In the trading account statement, there appeared a strange transaction of EUR/USD Buy 0.01, resulting in a loss of -1,000 USD. However, the trader did not execute this transaction.
