I have sent emails on November 4th, 8th, and 20th, but to date, I have not received any response. Similarly, when I finally manage to communicate with them by phone, they tell me that they will call me back, but I have not received any response to date. Initially, they were very insistent on calling me all the time to invest more resources, to which I did not agree. On the contrary, when I told them that I wanted to withdraw my funds, there was no response from them. In the application, I also cannot withdraw my funds because it asks me to upload some identification documents, which I have already uploaded. Now, every time I see my funds in the application, I have less and less, even though I haven't made any transactions because my account does not allow me to do so, supposedly because it has not been verified.
