On August 23, 2024, I invested in ivy markets LTD (account number 886444) with an initial capital of $2000 to buy Doyu stocks that pay dividends on September 3, 2024. On August 30, 2024, I deposited an additional $1000 to buy a total of 900 Doyu stocks. By September 3, 2024, when I had not received the dividends, I deposited an additional $2000 to protect my capital. However, before the US session opened (at 8:30 PM on September 3, 2024), I still did not receive the dividends. As a result, my account was liquidated and I lost all my investment. I asked the staff at the exchange multiple times, but they said that the exchange does not pay dividends before the US session, while other exchanges have already received dividends before the US session. The staff at the exchange did not provide any support or information to investors. Other investors participating in ivy markets LTD have received dividends, but I did not. This is fraud and misappropriation of investors' money. Therefore, I request that ivy markets LTD immediately pay me the Doyu dividends that the exchange is holding for me.
