On August 23, 2024, I invested in ivy markets LTD (account number 886444) with an initial capital of $2000 to buy Doyu stocks that pay dividends on September 3, 2024. On August 30, 2024, I deposited an additional $1000 to buy a total of 900 Doyu stocks. By September 3, 2024, when I had not received the dividends, I deposited an additional $2000 to preserve my capital. However, before the US session opened (at 8:30 PM on September 3, 2024), I still did not receive the dividends. As a result, my account was liquidated and I lost all my investment. I have asked the staff of the exchange multiple times, but they said that the exchange does not pay dividends before the US session, while some other exchanges have received dividends before the US session. Ivy markets LTD also did not provide any notification to me. From this incident, I request that ivy markets LTD pay me the dividends. If ivy markets LTD does not pay me the dividend, I will transfer all the information to the investigative agency to clarify the issue.
