Incapacidad de retiro
El día 6 de agosto Newrgy Imex detuvo los retiros, según ellos hasta el día 16 de agosto, porque se estaban incorporando a la NYSE. El día 16 Newrgy imex nos notifica qué ya están abiertos los canales de retiro y aparentemente todo iba bien. El día de hoy, 19 de agosto, Newrgy Imex nos avisa que los retiros quedaron congelados porque no hemos presentado impuestos en Estados Unidos con la forma 1040 nr, sin embargo los impuestos se presentan cada año, si yo operé en 2024 tengo que presentar impuestos el 2025. Anexo pruebas y espero nos puedan guiar para proceder legalmente.
