XINHUIBAO platform credits can be used as margin in the specified time. My credit time in the platform was miscalculated and was withdrawn in advance, causing my account liquidated. After the communication with the customer service, the credit amount is restored, and the order was recovered! ! ! The platform deleted the relevant records, but fortunately I saved it in time. I suspect that my funds have not been flowed into the international market ,but XINHUIBAO explained that it bought the same one in the market,which was ridiculous. And the account password is only known to me, XINHUIBAO can actually operate my account. After reporting to the Hong Kong Gold and Silver Exchange, there has been no result. I can only seek the law weapon.

违规操作客户账号，平仓多单被恢复！

鑫汇宝平台信用额，可以在规定时间内当保证金用。我的信用额时间平台算错了被提前收回，导致我爆仓了。与客服沟通后信用额恢复，但是爆仓的单也恢复了！！！并且平台删除了相关记录，幸好我及时保存了下来。我怀疑我资金在鑫汇宝平台内部流转没进入国际市场，而鑫汇宝解释是在市场上买入同样的一单补给我的，可笑的很。并且账号密码只有我知道的情况下鑫汇宝竟然能操作我账号。向香港金银业贸易场举报后，一直没有结果。只能通过法律解决了。
