On July 10, I created my account with a promotional code that granted 70% by charging 599 USD for binancepay. The same day it was operated and the day ended with 2,700 USD, requesting a withdrawal of 2,334 USD, accepting the bonus reduction. The next day the account was closed for no real reason, I tried to contact support repeatedly and never had any answers. I demand the recovery of both the account and its funds since no rules were broken.

CIERRE DE CUENTA Y CANCELACION DE RETIRO SIN MOTIVO

El pasado 10 de julio cree mi cuenta con un codigo promociónal el cual otorgaba 70% cargando 599 usdt por binancepay, el mismo dia se opero y se finalizo el dia con 2700 usdt, solicitando un retiro de 2334 usdt aceptando la reduccion del bono. Al siguiente dia la cuenta fue cerrada sin ningun motivo real, se intento contactar con soporte reiterados veces y nunca tuve respuestas. Exijo la recuperación tanto de la cuenta como sus fondos ya que no se incumplio ninguna regla.
