When I said I wanted to withdraw the money from my account and terminate the agreement, they demanded a penalty of 15%, approximately $480. I told them I wanted to take $500 from my account to pay it and then withdraw the remaining money, but they refused. Later, when I checked online, I saw that they had done the same to others and then asked for more money. Now they are holding my money and threatening to freeze my account by reporting to the exchange. This is bullying and fraud—please be careful.
