On June 11, 2024, at 1 in the morning, the balances in the broker appeared to have doubled. They argue that it is a security incident, but they are urging us to transfer the amount of money that they have overdrawn to our accounts. They can unlock the withdrawal option for us; they do not allow anyone to withdraw from the platform. But if they want us to withdraw from our pocket the surplus that is there in the fund account, they do not provide a viable solution, such as enabling a wallet to refund the money to their accounts. No, the solution they give us is for us to withdraw our cash, for them to take that money and thus enable the option to withdraw from the account.

El día 11 de junio de 2024 a la 1 de la mañana, aparecieron los saldos en el broker doblados, ellos argumentan que es un incidente de seguridad, pero nos están instando a que giremos la cantidad de dinero que ellos sobregiraron a nuestras cuentas, para poder que nos desbloqueen la opción de retiros, no permiten que nadie retire de la plataforma, pero si quieren que giremos de nuestro bolsillo el excedente que ahí está en la cuenta de fondos, ellos no dan una solución viable, cómo por ejemplo habilitar una billetera para reembolsarles el dinero a sus cuentas, no, la solución que nos dan es que giremos de nuestro efectivo, para ellos tomar ese dinero y de esa manera habilitar la opcion de retiro de la cuenta.
