On July 7, Deleno had an update that had an error, and on Monday at 1 in the morning we received an immense amount of money, which they say we must deposit to the platform to be able to withdraw. I think it is very unfair since many of us do not have all that amount of money to deposit. At the moment, I have that money that they sent in funds waiting for them to deduct it, but they say that they cannot deduct it themselves. And they do not let us withdraw it to send it to them. Our capital is frozen without being able to make withdrawals. Please hope that WikiFX can mediate for us and help us have a reasonable solution.

El sistema no nos deja retirar nuestro capital

El 7 de julio Deleno tuvo una actualización que tuvo un error y el lunes a la 1 de la mañana nos llegó una cantidad inmensa de dinero, la cual dicen que debemos depositárselas a la plataforma para poder retirar, cosa que creo que es muy injusta ya que muchas personas no contamos con toda esa cantidad de dinero para depositar, en el momento tengo ese dinero que enviaron en fondos esperando que lo descuenten pero dicen que ellos no pueden descontarlos por sí mismo pero no nos deja retíralo para mandárselos y ahí está nuestro capital congelado sin poder hacer retiros, porfavor espere que WikiFX pueda mediar por nosotros y ayudarnos a tener una solución razonable.
