Yêu cầu hoàn tiền
tôi có nạp vài TK 7000$ của sàn mua mã cổ phiếu Zurich khi chào mời. Và có IB giúp tôi đi lệnh cặp tiền để lướt sóng. IB 5 lần 7 lượt yêu cầu nạp thêm tiền để cứu mã cổ phiếu đó. Tôi đã không đồng ý. Đến ngày 12/4/2024 mã cổ phiếu chia cổ tức tôi nhận về 11.000$ và mã cp đã âm mất 6000$ sau khi chia cổ tức. Tôi đã cắt lệnh và yêu cầu rút toàn bộ số tiền còn lại, nhưng sàn đã treo lệnh rút tiền của tôi với lý do dính bonus. Và muốn lấy lại phải đủ khối lượng giao dịch, tôi đã không đồng ý. Sàn đã tự chủ động đi lệnh dẫn đến cháy tk của tôi vào ngày 18/4/2024
