merhaba Forex de gold ile işlemdeyken hesabımda kar pozisyonundayken biranda krediyi silip mail gönderdiler , eksi bakiye korunmasını kötüye kullandığıma dair . bende işlemlerimi kapattım onların talebine cevap verdim , herhangi bir hatalı veya yanlış işlem yaptığımı düşünmüyorum zaten tüm işlemlerim hep kar pozisyonundaydı bonus kullanabileceğim bir düşüklük olmadı . akabinde hesabımı incelemeye aldılar ve 6 gün sonra kuralları çiğnediğimi söyleyen bir mail attılar . hesabımda bulunan bakiyeyi 0 a düşürdüler ve hesabımı kapattılar . bana bir kanıt sunmalarını hangi veya nerede hatalı bir işlem yaptığımı kötüye kullandığımı belirten kanıt sunmalarını istedim sunmadılar.
