On March 1, 2024 at 00:25-00:26, 3 master ports of the copy trading system were added to over 190 direct orders by broker CXM Direct within 1 minute and showed that it was Opening orders manually (Placed Manually) Upon checking the log file, it was found that the orders were not opened by the EA, but were added directly (Added by API). The broker tries to deny all responsibility. Unable to contact any brokers Leave the master port and follower ports damaged. The total damage was nearly ten thousand dollars.
