I can't withdraw money after upgrading to VIP.

Exposure

I have used the IG VIP app to invest since December 28, 2023. After withdrawing money 2 times, the app asked me to upgrade to VIP before I could withdraw again. I deposited money to upgrade VIP but still can't withdraw money. They deducted my points and forced me to deposit more to increase my withdrawal points. Currently it is January 29, 2024

Tôi không thể rút tiền sau khi nâng vip

Tôi có sử dụng app IG VIP để đầu tư từ ngày 28/12/2023. Sau khi rút tiền được 2 lần, app yêu cầu tôi nâng vip mới được rút tiếp. Tôi đã nạp tiền nâng vip nhưng vẫn không thể rút được tiền. Họ trừ điểm và bắt tôi phải nạp thêm để nâng điểm rút tiền. Hiện nay là ngày 29/1/2024
