E có gửi lệnh rút tiền từ 17/01/2024 và hôm nay 23/01/2024 thì bị từ chối. E có nhắn tin cho ib sàn thì họ bảo không biết, bảo tự gửi mail lên sàn. E có gửi mailto:client@skyalliancemarket.com thì không nhận được phản hồi. A/C xử lý giúp e ạ. E cảm ơn
