入金後兩個月賬戶餘額還是為$0
兩個月前首次入金$5000USDT，一般用Crypto入金都是很快到賬至賬户同時也收到email和官方通知已入金，但遲遲都沒有到賬（已等一星期） banlance還是$0一直持續send email問客服都沒有回覆，直至我說要退款才答覆說幫我跟進事到如今互相推卸責任又說財務部門需要核實，用了差不多一個半月還沒有核實出結果P.S已提供HASH，email的入金通知，入金address，官方通知已入金証明，日期懷疑被scam
