I made a deposit for 105 dollars and 60 dollars. After that I tried to make a withdrawal, it took more than 4 hours, so I canceled and made another withdrawal for a smaller amount. I contacted support because more than 24 hours had already passed and they told me that I had to wait 48 hours or, failing that, 3 to 5 days. I did and kept contacting them. After this time I wrote to them and they gave me an excuse that my data was invalid that I should wait, and they never responded again. Despite this, I continued sending messages to support without receiving a response. It's been more than a week and they took away the option to even cancel that withdrawal so that I can't cancel that order, and it stays as an invalid withdrawal. (which is totally false, when I asked them for proof they never provided it to me)

NO ME PERMITE RETIRAR MI DINERO

Hice un depósito por 105 dólares y 60 dólares. Luego de eso intenté hacer un retiró se demoró más de 4 horas, por lo cual, cancele y volví a hacer otro retiro por un monto menor. Me contacte con soporte por qué ya habían pasado más de 24 horas y me respondieron que debía esperar 48 horas o en su defecto de 3 a 5 días. Lo hice y me seguí contactando con ellos. Pasado este tiempo les escribí y me dieron una excusa de que mis datos eran inválidos que debía esperar, y nunca más respondieron. Apesar de esto seguí mandando mensajes a soporte sin obtener respuesta. Ha pasado más de una semana y me quitaron la opción hasta de cancelar ese retiró para que no pueda cancelar esa orden, y se quede como un retiró inválido. ( cosa que es totalmente falsa, cuando les pedí pruebas nunca me las proporcionaron)
