Since last June 16, 2023, I have tried to withdraw my funds to an external wallet, in order to recover my money due to suspicion of a scam, which has been made impossible for me as well as for other users. The amount is 11,781.00 dollars. The sum that I wanted to extract is 11,780.00. When I made the withdrawal, they did not comply with the instructions since it is impossible to upload the document, the image of your face and an address receipt that they request. I would really like my money back and would be very grateful for any help.

NO PUEDO RETIRAR MI DINERO

Desde el pasado 16 de junio del 2023 , he intentado extraer mis fondos a una wallet externa ,con el fin de recuperar mi dinero por sospecha de una estafa. lo cual se me ha hecho imposible al igual que a otros usuarios. El monto es 11 781.00 dólares. La suma que he querido extraer es de 11 780.00 . Al realizar el retiro, no cumplen con las instrucciones ya que es imposible subir el documento , la imagen con tu rostro y un recibo de domicilio que solicitan. Realmente quisiera recuperar mi dinero y estaría muy agradecido de recibir cualquier ayuda.
