No he podido retirar mi capital

Cordial saludos. Esta plataforma la conocí por medio de un familiar que había ingresado y me comento del negocio, yo hice mi primera inversión, y logré duplicar en 6 meses, de ahí empecé a sacar mi dinero, pero solo pude hacer tres retiros y ahora no he podido sacar ni los bonos ni nada de mi capital, al igual que yo. Hay otros miembros de mi familia y amigos en la misma condición. Espero que por favor me puedan ayudar. Hoy 1 de junio, fuimos a retirar el 15% del capital porque según ellos del 1 a 5 de junio se podía hacer el retiro del capital, y resulta que ya lo bajaron al 5% y que el monto mínimo debe ser de 250 dólares.
